Despite its challenges, 2020 has been a momentous year for us and our customers. From humble beginnings, we’re now celebrating our 10th year in business. Our technology is now in 7 countries and 4 continents. There have been 21 successful customer installations, delivered in 3 different languages. And our customers are well and truly experiencing the benefits of adopting Metallurgical Systems’ technology solutions.

From humble beginnings, we’re now celebrating our 10th year in business. Our technology is now in 7 countries and 4 continents. There have been 21 successful customer installations, delivered in 3 different languages. Our customers are well and truly experiencing the benefits of adopting Metallurgical Systems’ technology solutions.

Remote delivery for our customers is entirely possible

Even though we already had some fairly solid remote delivery models in place, Covid-19 gave us an opportunity to really focus on improving these for our customers. Our first fully remote implementation is almost complete and is already delivering great results for our customer in South Africa. We are also now looking into remote technology to simulate ‘face to face’ client interaction on-site, so we can continue to offer the in-depth feasibility studies and customised support we’re known for.

Improvement in customer online training

We invested heavily in improving this area of our business for our customers in 2020. We are dedicated to delivering a sophisticated online learning management system that provides impressive data-led insights, and we’ve been receiving very positive feedback.

Customer-focused expansion

We have recently expanded our Sydney-based team and now have dedicated staff to further grow and improve the training area of our business. Our focus is on ensuring we deliver an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.

Like most of the world, we’re really looking forward to 2021. We’re excited about extending our products, further enhancing our remote delivery and training models for customers, and continuing to build relationships.
